NCR – 30 June 2025: Nirala World has successfully received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for Phase 5 of its flagship residential project, Nirala Estate, marking the completion of all five phases of the 25-acre development. With this milestone, the group has officially delivered a total of 4,038 residential units—spanning 2, 3, 3+1, 4, and 4+1 BHK configurations.

Located in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West, Nirala Estate is spread across 25 acres and has been developed in two halves of 12.5 acres each.
Phase 1 (1,950 units) was completed in 2017, prior to the implementation of RERA.
Phases 2, 3, and 4, comprising 1,634 units, received OC between 2023 and 2024.
Phase 5 adds the final 454 units, bringing the project to full completion.
