Marvel Studios’ upcoming film Thunderbolts has ignited a wave of excitement among fans, as free IMAX tickets for early screenings on April 22nd sold out in under an hour. These complimentary fan events, organized in collaboration with Fandango and IMAX, are scheduled across ten major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Miami.
The swift sell-out underscores the high anticipation for Thunderbolts, which assembles a team of antiheroes—Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster, and John Walker—on a perilous mission that forces them to confront their pasts. The film features a star-studded cast, including Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, Wyatt Russell, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and is directed by Jake Schreier.
Indian audiences will have the opportunity to watch Thunderbolts a day before its global release, with the film premiering on May 1, 2025, in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
