Sachin-Jigar and Ayushmann Khurrana are back together musically with the new song “Choozay” from the upcoming film Udta Teer. Composed by Sachin-Jigar, the track brings together Jigar Saraiya and rapper Emiway Bantai, adding a contemporary hip-hop flavour to the film’s soundtrack.
The new collaboration marks another musical reunion between Ayushmann Khurrana and Sachin-Jigar. The trio previously worked together on Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, for which Sachin-Jigar composed the music and Ayushmann Khurrana lent his voice to the song “Maafi.”
With Udta Teer, their musical association enters another chapter. This time, Jigar Saraiya is not only part of the composition team but also takes on vocal duties, joining Emiway Bantai on “Choozay.”
Jigar Saraiya and Emiway Bantai Join Forces
One of the key highlights of “Choozay” is the coming together of Jigar Saraiya’s vocals and Emiway Bantai’s rap style. The combination brings together two distinct musical approaches and gives the track a fresh, energetic character.
The song showcases Sachin-Jigar’s composition while incorporating contemporary hip-hop elements through Emiway Bantai’s rap presence. Jigar’s vocals add another layer to the track, making “Choozay” a notable addition to the soundtrack of Udta Teer.
Jigar Saraiya on Reuniting With Ayushmann Khurrana
Talking about the reunion with Ayushmann Khurrana and the experience of creating the track, Jigar Saraiya said:
“There’s always something exciting about coming back together with Ayushmann because we’ve shared a really fun musical journey over the years. With ‘Choozay’, we wanted to do something that felt fresh and had a completely different energy.”
Jigar also spoke about collaborating with Emiway Bantai and taking on the role of vocalist for the song.
“Getting to sing on it myself and collaborate with Emiway made the experience even more exciting. It’s a very different space for us, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how audiences react to it.”
Choozay Adds a Fresh Hip-Hop Energy to Udta Teer
“Choozay” combines the established Bollywood sound of Sachin-Jigar with the contemporary rap influence of Emiway Bantai. Jigar Saraiya’s vocals further expand the musical identity of the track.
The song was teased ahead of its release and positioned as one of the high-energy musical moments from Udta Teer. Its combination of Bollywood composition, vocals and hip-hop makes it a distinctive track within the film’s soundtrack.
Another Musical Chapter for Ayushmann Khurrana and Sachin-Jigar
Ayushmann Khurrana has previously collaborated with Sachin-Jigar on music, and their association through Udta Teer adds another chapter to that creative partnership.
While Ayushmann is connected to the film and its musical world, Sachin-Jigar lead the composition of “Choozay,” with Jigar also contributing as a vocalist. Emiway Bantai’s participation gives the track an additional contemporary edge.
With Sachin-Jigar, Jigar Saraiya and Emiway Bantai coming together for “Choozay,” the song blends Bollywood melodies with modern hip-hop influences. The track is expected to attract attention among fans of Ayushmann Khurrana, Sachin-Jigar, Emiway Bantai and contemporary Hindi film music.
